Step 1: Cardio – Start doing cardio. Cardio is very important for any weight loss regiment, because it will be the main source of your calorie burning. Step 3: Muscle Building – Building muscle is one thing that most people on a diet never think about. For some reason, people think that doing cardio is all it takes to lose weight, but this is entirely false. That means that if you put on 10 pounds of muscle, not only would you look much leaner, but you would be burning many more calories every single day, without having to lift a finger.

The method that I use for muscle building is both free, and and effective. Find the area that you want to lose the most weight at, and start building muscle near there. This will cause no back pain, and the crunches will be much easier to do, but still have the same effect.

The same rules apply to your thighs, buttocks, and every other part of your body. Build muscle, and it will take the place of fat, and it will look much better in the long run.
